I wouldn't give up just yet. Did the mag work before, in other words, do you know the coil was good when you started "fixing" the mag? The coil windings are enameled, and I doubt PB would hurt that. The outer wrap of the coil is probably a more "tarry" stuff that the PB may have loosened a bit, and it may be gumming things up. I would remove the coil, and set it in a warm, ventilated area for a while, so the Blaster finishes evaporating, and clean out the rest of the mag with solvent, and dry thoroughly with compressed air. Re-lube the bearings, and reassemble, and I'll bet the coil will work, if it was OK before. Do you have mag instructions, or have you looked at the manual the good folks at the Cub site have posted?
