Jim, Fill the cylinder with Diesel set it on fire. Let it burn it'self out then pound with a hammer and oak block.
The heat of the will expand the cylinder enough so the piston can be broken free.
Be sure to be in an open area and all other fuels, cleaners are away from the tractor.
This will work 95% of the time.
