Finishing the sleeve puller.

Finally have a bit more time to make the sleeve puller for my B. I have one more question though first.
Are the sleeves tight the full length or are they relieved and will slide free after an initial pull? In other words, since I sem to not word things well, am I going to have to PULL them full lenght or not? If not, how far? Thanks, Loren.
