Don't think those are all that rare in our part of the world, I think Dakota Iron out of SF,SD sold them, as an aftermarket supplier. They were for the roller style draw bars, they used springs (looked like valve springs, as I remember them) on the bottom w/cotter keys to keep them in place, as I remember them. They were a PIA to get in place, but worked good after you got them on. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
