I have a '49 tricycle M with one set of wheel weights and no fluid in the tires. I haul it behind a '91 F-150 short box Super Cab with the 300 CI six and a 5-speed manual with a 3.08 rear axle. I use a flatbed bumper pull dual axle trailer with 3,500# axles. It works fine. I do have electric brakes on the trailer, which I consider a must for that load. I have to turn the rear wheels with the dish in for it to fit the trailer and this is the biggest pain of the whole operation. Just be sure your truck is in good shape and your trailer tires are rated for the load (I blew out two tires on one haul, not fun). Also be sure the trailer brakes are fully functional before you leave with the load. There are a lot of idiot drivers out there! Phil
