You can get a slower first gear and a faster 4th gear. These are two different kits but they can be combined. I don't know what a hydro conversion is. If you are talking about replacing the gear drive with a hydro, I suppose it could be done by joining something like a 504-544 hydro back end to a H motor and using H sheetmetal. Sounds like a waste of two good tractors and you won't be fooling anybody. The same goes with the TA, live hydraulic, and live PTO. There are a number of HTAs that have been built but they don't fool anybody. Nine speeds are available. Place a want-ad here at YT.
