To reinstall the flywheel, pull our your charcoal grill and let the flywheel heat for about a half hour. Screw a couple of bolts into the flywheel to make handling easier. Put the sleeve in the freezer overnight. You need one guys for the sleeve and two for the flywheel. No beating required. Just slide everything together. Believe me it worked great and we didn't have to worry about damage to the crank etc. Also suggest you replace the throw out beating while you are there.
