Istill have the box,its has two tags,ones has CNH original parts 01 of 1342401C1 APN:Gasket Blah blkah blah..........Second one has BIN DW39A part #1342401C1 Line#3 PSO nuber 7231895 Dealer 617744A OT 2 below all of that it had in big bold C5380 83.There was no warehouse info of any kind on it but on the gasket it self it had TW2004-04.Im sure I could get my dealer to send you one,email if you would like to know their number and location.
