Carb Parts for IH 2544 Tractor

I have a International I2544 model tractor with what I think is the c-200 gas engine.I am in need of a carb kit or at least the gaskets and a fuel shut off solinoid, it goes in the bottom of the bowl like where the main jet would go.Is it possible to just delete this thing? Or does it actually meter the fuel?This looks like it is the IHC brand carb PN406 804 R91 1 1/4 updraft carb.I called the industrial IH dealer and he said the kit number is 387459r-92 or r-91 but it is obselete. The fuel shutoff # is 71425c91 also obselete.Nobody really wants to deal with me because it is an industrial tractor.Engine #200ct24020521 chassis #2320472u016689. Thanks for any help.
