Most mfg's of filters send the seal with it. I use Fleetguard from the IH dealer. YOu can get HyTrans hydraulic fluid from IH also, you can use a generic hydraulic fluid, but make sure it is made to IH specs. Only thing green antifreeze tells you is that it has anti freeze in it. If it's been 18 years since it was changed, I assure you it needs changing. The radiator more than likely is in good shape, but youll just have to watch the temp gauge for awhile to make sure it doesn't overheat.
