You can haul 2 tractors and trailer with GMC 4000 but you will be slow on hills. The engines from that period do not have near as much HP as todays pick up engines. 20 mph or less up hills was considered accepable performance in those days. Have pulled many hills with loaded truck from that time when I could have literaly gotten out and walked beside truck.
