I know I'd prefer gassers, but with fuel prices I'll take the diesel. We have all gas tractors other than a 706D and I'll tell you, in the winter I wish they were ALL gas! In the winter these old diesels are nothing but a PITA IMO.........Nothing like just hitting the switch and it is running to grind feed, no plugging it in, dead batterys, etc......
