When I worked for IH dealers we always removed this bushing with A capenose chisel. First you find the seam in the bushing then drive the chisel up between the housing and the bushing, the bushing wiil colapse at the seam and you can remove it. We had A bushing driver to install it with, you could use A heavy flat plate and drive it most of the way, be very carefull to start it streight!! the hard part is the last fraction of an inch, this does require A driver or use the bolster shaft
