Upper Bolster / Lower Bushing on H

My attempts to rebuild the old H are progressing nicely, much of the which can be attributed to folks here on the Farmall discussion board. I have removed the old upper busing with some strong effort and the help of a mallet and some steel pipe. The new bushing installation was hard, but I did it. The lower version (larger one) poses an interesting problem for me. How the hell do I remove it? How do i install the new one? Must I separate the front-end casting from the side rails? HELP!
