My book says 65 lbs too. I've heard that this was revised upward later, but I don't have an IH reference to point you to.
Weber's Tractors site says 80 lbs, I don't know where he got that from, but he is usually accurate in the info he posts, so it may be right.
Maybe he will see this and jump in. He does post here sometimes. Check it out here, follow the link for Tune-up info.
