Serial tag in right place, operator platform correct for 100/130/140 model. Missing manifold would have helped narrow that down. It appears to have touch control hydraulics. Wide left rear axle is puzzling. Without more pictures, my guess would be a 140HC that someone stuck the wrong grill on. More pictures or post tire diameters to verify a HC tractor (36" vs 24" rear tires).
