Can't speak with any knowledge about a C-135 but IH engines are cross drilled in several locations for oil galleries. The beginning of the hole is plugged with a 1/8 NPT plug. YOu will probably find one on the left side near the back of the block. Pump a couple of quarts under 10-20 lbs pressure in there. If you don't have a pump or suitable pressure vessel, maybe a grease gun filled with oil will work.
