Not a lot to add other than what the other folks said already. There just weren't any "Crossover" F-20 to M tractors. Factory Hydraulics are nothing special in a F-20, (IH offered conversion kits, so even Regulars can have them) the Delco distributer is aftermarket (even Ms didn't get them until 1950), orange would have noting to do with it. You can contact the IH Archives to see the month it was actually built. The V belt pulley F-20s had I believe sometime in 1936-37. Sounds like someone put generators and lights on a few years later.
