If the carb you refer to has a two-bolt flange, as opposed to the later 3-bolt style, then yes. I had one of the three-bolters that I know came off a 10-20. I just sold an earlier 2-bolt job and I was told it could also be used on the 8-16 even though it was stamped 10-20 on it. Regards, Zak
