Going from memory I believe the specs I finally determined for my F-12 C-113 was 100 ft lbs. I crept it up from 60 lbs, 10 lbs at a time going in proper sequence. I finally stopped at 95lbs, since it just seemed to be getting to the point where I was becoming concerned (perhaps needlessly so.) It sealed just fine and I have never had any trouble with it.
I used some type of Permatex paint on copper head gasket sealer instead of the stuff you spray on, and again it seemed to work just as it should.
