bryan: since you rebuilt the regulator block, the only thing left to do based on the symptoms you describe is to replace the pump. If you overlooked the O-ring seal on the regulator piston during the block rebuild, it will not produce the symptoms you describe IF your pump is A-ONE. Steel Wheel Ranch has rebuilt pumps for $250. They are a breeze to change out--IMO one of the good things IH did for pump serviceability. Just went through a hydraulic system rehab on our 460.
