To LWWinPA: I have tried that and the insert doesn't come out. I've had WD40 on it for a week. The small stud bolts could be twisted off very easily. I have even put the studs back into the original holes, retigthened them, and removed again thinking that the insert would work back and forth and come loose. I didn't see any of these pulleys in the manual. Do you know where I could see a drawing of this pulley and maybe I could understand how it comes apart. Thanks again. Dale
