On the misses, it is real easy to get these cross-wired. Make sure #1 wire goes to #1 plug, etc. You might try pulling one wire at a time to see if you hear it start to die. If so, that cylinder is wired correctly. Yes, these engines will run on two, sometimes even one cylinder, so it is possible you have two, or even three mis-wired cylinders (most likely two, if at all). The leaks are all normal for an old tractor..the seals and gaskets dry and crack with age. Like the others say, fix them one at a time. Most are easy...remove part, replace gasket, re-install part.
