Joe, do you have the idler pulleys on the tractor? If so, are they adjusted right? The belt should come off the pto pulley, then each end of belt should ride on the idlers. The idlers guide the belt around the axle, and also make the 90 degree turn. I think you are missing the idler pulleys. E-mail me, and I'll try to get pictures. I've got an IH C3 mower deck on my A, and a Woods on my MH Pony.......Stan
