UFO Man: Often times you can buy a much larger disk for less money, and if you are mechanical and a welder you can cut them down to size. I have photos here of a 13 foot wheel controlled disk, cut down to 24 disk or 6' for a Farmall C. If you wish e mail me, I can send you the photos. That disk was 44 plate when the guy started and he bought it for $100. He can still build another 20 plate disk. One of the pluses in doing this you get much heavier disk that cuts well. For Super A use it would last a lifetime. For a Super A, I would go with 20 plate disk. If I were building a disk for a Super A with plow lift, I would build it so it hitches same as plow and use chains to the plow lift for raising. Much better for moving. Just some thoughts.
