I could be wrong, but I don't believe there is supposed to be a seal on the inside of the outer axle bearing. My best look at the parts catalog does not show one. The only seals I see are on the outside of the bearing, a seal and a felt washer. These seals of course are in the outer axle housing cap that is attached to the axle housing with 4 cap screws. On the C and similar tractors, there is a seal at the transmission housing to keep oil out of the axle housing.
