Hydraulics on a 240 Utility

What would cause the three point to burp? (go up and own about 3 inches) I have purged my system, and refilled with new fluid, but the hydraulics on the 3-point do a funny little dance. It raises and lowers just great, but when I set the lever to the center, it raises a little, then drops a little, and continues to do this the entire time. Could this be caused by air still being or getting into the system? I'm at a loss on this one, any help would be appreciated. Jerry
