Hi Tim, Did you have this blowby before you installed the new pistons and sleeves? Are you sure the rings are installed correctly? There is one side that is usually installed facing up toward the head. If you're sure the rings are right, I'd pull the head and have it fitted with new guides and reface the valves. Blowby usually occurs when a high vacuum is present and a car with worn guides will pull oil from around valves when coasting down steep hills. Then blows the smoke from the exhaust. Do you notice this blowby when tractor is under load, like pulling a plow? The rings may not be sealed with the sleeves. Put it under load and see if this blowby keeps occuring. Run it for awhile.
