Thanks for the advise about the pulleys. My rear idler setup has 2 idlers which are at different heights on the bracket. The belt runs on the bottom of each pulley and I believe the twist in the belt is between these pulleys and the center sheave on the mower deck. It seems that I get more than the required twist and I can't correct this. Any help would be appreciated.
