Dave,
Your going to get as many replies on that question as you would if you asked about what type of oil is the best! That said, if the tractor is running fine on 30 wt I would stick with it myself! If you want to clean the sludge out of the pan and any other areas thats fine and also another story. I have heard too many people say they had motor problems after the switch. Just my thoughts.
