First i spray on SPRAY NINE, you can get it at homehardware or canadian tire, spray it on get a hard brissel brush and scrub like crazy, it will lift all the dirt and crap off the tires, and make them black as night, then i use somekind of spray on foam, it shines then up nice, the nine works good, on car or truck tires with white letters, it takes them from black to white again. What my dad uses at farmshows to shine up the big houle manure tank is wd-40. He uses it on the mettal and tires, works great!
