thanks alot everyone. I realy appreciate all the advice. Riverbend- really appreciat the help, it was broken about 40 years ago by my father. He never needed it for what he used the tractor for but simce then the tractor has been fine. I just wanted to fix it so I could use it to tetter, well I gues it will have to stick to raking and hauln' hay wagons NDS- Your informatin was perfect. the little slot is what was broken. either side was snapped right off. well I gues I will wait till winter to get into that prodject. Thanks!
