Take a long piece of 12 or 14 gauge stranded wire and fish it straight through the horizontal light bar. Then take a length of straightened out coat hanger and make a small hook in the end of it. Fish the "Hooked" end up into the vertical pedistal and grab the wire that you pulled through the light bar. Pull the wire down into the pedistal, cut, strip and connect it to the proper terminal of the light switch. Leave enough hanging out of both ends of the light bar to connect to the back of the lights.
