On the other hand, I would doubt that the motor and flywheel weigh more than 750 pounds. From wrestling the short block on the work bench this fall, I would say that much weighed a couple hundred pounds. Neither the head or the flywheel weigh 100# a piece. Front cover, governor, manifold, another 100# ? I'm guessing that it would come in around 500#. What is the price and quality difference between the 750# and the next bigger engine stand ?
