Sorry, but that won't work. Adding inside the housing will only lift the steering box so it won't fit. Need to add between the spindle & the bottom bearing race, which supports the weight & determines height, outside the housing. My Dad put 36 inch rubber on his Regular about 50 years ago. Had to build up the front end twice. Machine shop did poor job first time, broke off in field. Second attempt held, at least until he quit farming & sold off 10 years later. I was just a teenager at the time, so not real sure , but think shop drilled post, spacer,& spindle for 2 dowel pins, then welded everything together.
