460 engine swap

I have an IH 460 Utility LP that is getting tired. I located a 715 LP Combine that I believe to be a 291" engine. They look the same externally, will it bolt in? I know I will have to change timing cover to attach front bolster. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, doorguy
