You have a replacement engine block. That was the standard IH replacement back in the 60's. The block off plate below the distributor is covering the mount for a hydraulic pump as this block was also replacement for Super A/C/Super C... Do you have it apart now? If you are trying to ID sleeves to order there are lengthy discussions on sleeve sizing and ID from previous threads, search on Super A or 100. Comes down to pull a sleeve, measure OD at O-ring seal point and go from there. Stan(VA).
