Recently my father, brother and I have had a problem with our old Super C farm tractor. We mainly use it for cultivating purposes and it was a great tractor until this summer when it started acting up. It will start but it runs rough and puts out a bunch of black smoke....try to run it up much past half throttle it cuts out and dies. We've tried pretty much everything we can think of; changing plugs; soaked and completely cleaned the carburetor; new condensor; new coil; new external resistor. Points are fine and timing is good. Anything you fellas might be able to suggest would be much appreciated.
