Debbie, the serial number should normally be under the seat on a small metal plate against the side of the tractor. At least on most models. Also, if the front has wide stance wheels then it is probably an A model and if it has the tricycle stance, then it is most likely a B model. The gallery here would be helpful under the tractor photos section and if you have a picture that you can post, I am sure someone can answer you as to what model tractor you have. Good luck to you.
