Take it to an IH shop and have them look at it. I worked at an IH shop, and many people try to patch or get by and all it does is cost them in the long run. I've had more then one tractor come in with hydraulic filters that had the IH stamped on them, and I remember one 826 that had been repaired for years by the farmer and when we got that in, everything we had to take apart needed replacement. Just fix it right from the get-go, and you will have trouble-free use for years.
