Clean the wound real good, put some peroxide on it, dap dry with clean cloth and then superglue or use EMT gel on the wound.

It is amazing how well super glue works, used on my field/show dogs with no scars and humans also.

keep the would clean and occasionaly pour peroxide over it

It just the skin peeled back should be fine
