It would be nice if you had someone that would go and turn the motors over a few time 2 or 3 times a year. That would help a lot to keep them from sticking. I have an F-30 that sat for several years but was turned several time a year and I got it running with just a little work. Might save you a lot of work in the long run. Blocking the clutch so it will not stick is a good thing to do. Cut a block of wood to hold the pedal down just a little.
