Check and clean your battery cable connections, especially if you are still running a 6 volt system. You may be getting enough voltage drop across poor connections to keep the coil from creating a good spark while the starter motor is cranking. Also make sure the heavier 6 volt cables have not been replaced with lighter guage 12 volt cables. Check your ground connections too.
The clutch fingers should be adjusted so that they are 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" from the surface of the pressure plate and be sure they are all the same height. Then adjust your clutch pedal for 1" of free play and you should be set.
