C-113 Block

What is a fair price to pay for a C-113 block? The one I have on a Super A has been welded on and it appears that the entire right front corner from the distributor to the lower front end mounting bolt has been broken off and welded back on. It is leaking oil now and I fear that it may snap again at any moment. The engine runs good with no noise. It is a real shame to have to scrap it, but I don't want to have to worry about this again. I have even entertained the thought of putting a Super C C-123 engine in. Any thoughts or has anyone done this? Thanks,
