I now have all the info you ever wanted to know about the 484 fuel filters. After taking off the original filter (under the pump) on the left side of the engine I see a P/N 145743094 and the word germany. This is a Bosch part number and I am sure the original filter(1000 hours). Crossing the numbers you get Fleetguard FF5135, Baldwin BF587-D, Hastings FF834, Purolator F60152. On the right side of the engine (primary filter) there was a Case IH filter P/N 3218794R91 I replaced it with a Fleetguard FF5171 and the secondary left side of engine with a Fleetguard FF5046. Its still a little confusing because if you use the original Bosch numbers to cross reference filter manufacturers you get different filter numbers than if you use the Case IH filter numbers. The Bosch ones are the correct numbers because the fuel system is designed by Bosch. I wish I knew what the Bosch number was on the original primary filter. Thanks for all the the help.
