if its a stud u can step drill out a hole large enough to fit a suringe into. fill the suringe with pb blaster or what have you. wait for a day to a week. after each day check the broken stude to see if u can move it with an ez out or possibly a puch/chisel and a hammer. if u still cannot get it out the only 2 solutions i can think of is to step dril it out even furtheruntil close to the threads and try to split it in two pieces with a puch/chisel and hammer or tap it out.
