I have taken out a lot of broken bolts If you broke the bolt screwing it in & it turns freely till the head hit the grille & over torque it the bolt & snapped off the head most of the time they come out easy If you the bolt was hard to turn from the start & had to wrench it down or hit bottom of the hole and twisted it off LAST thing you want to do is use a EZ out when the EZOut brakes off thin you have Big problens EZOut is hard & don'drill good best way to get it out is to drill it it out & pick the pices out & run a tap to chase the threads
