Trailer for Super A

I need a trailer to haul my Super A. Will a single axel trailer be enough, or do I need a tandem axel. I have found several in my price range. I don't have fluid in the tires but I do have one set of rear wheel weights on it. Also, will a S-10 with the 4.3L V-6 pull a Super A and trailer? (If not, my dad a an F-150). I believe the S-10 is rated a 5,000 lbs towing weight. Thanks for any advice.
