I read your responses and it seems you are very knowledgable with these diesels. I have a 450 that ran poorly on diesel and I found the injection gear missing a large number of teeth. I replaced the gear but I had the injector off for a year before I could reassemble. Now I can bleed the filters, start the engine on gas and the fuel pressure needle is pegged BUT I do not get any fuel to the injectors. Seems there is something stuck in the injector pump that is not letting any fuel through? Any idea's before I start searching for a new pump?
