I have a 404 utility with power steering and I,m having trouble with the steering. When driving the tractor, I have no control over the steering. The front wheels go in every direction. When the engine is shut off, I can turn the steering wheel freely and the wheels do not turn. My local CaseIH service manager said the problem is in the flow diverter. Problem is, I can't find it on this tractor. It is suppose to be next to the ps pump which is located under the hood. I'll keep looking.
